Florastor® stands behind its products. If you are not fully satisfied with a Florastor product, we have an agreement with our retailers to reimburse you and we will credit them for the return.

Florastor stands behind its products. If you are not fully satisfied with a Florastor product, we have an agreement with our retailers to reimburse you and we will credit them for the return. If the retailer will not accept the product, you may return it directly to us.

If you would like to return a Florastor product for a refund, please follow the instructions below.

To process a refund request, please send:

1. Your store receipt from an authorized retailer, clearly indicating the store where the item was purchased and circle the item and purchase price of the product being returned.
2. The box and unused portion of the product being returned.
3. A notecard or slip of paper with your full name, telephone number and mailing address clearly printed with a brief description of why you are returning the item for a refund.

PLEASE BE ADVISED:

Please note that Biocodex, the makers of Florastor, must receive these materials within 60 days of the original purchase date. If you do not have all of the information and documentation requested above, we will not be able to provide a refund. Refunds are only for the value of the product. Shipping expenses and taxes will not be reimbursed. We recommend shipping via certified mail, UPS, or some other service that will confirm delivery of your items. Limit one refund per name, household, or address. Use of multiple addresses or P.O. boxes to obtain additional refunds is fraud and may result in prosecution. Multiple submissions will not be acknowledged or returned. Please allow 6-8 weeks for your return to be processed. For the status of your refund, please call customer service at (877) 356-7787 or email customerservice-us@biocodex.com. All the information you give us will be kept private and will not be sold to any other company.
