Florastor’s® exclusive probiotic strain, Saccharomyces boulardii lyo CNCM I-745, has over 65 years of use and research worldwide. No other probiotic has the specific, extensively studied strain that makes Florastor unique, and we want to make sure that you are satisfied.

Florastor stands behind its products. If you are not fully satisfied with a Florastor product, we have an agreement with our retailers to reimburse you and we will credit them for the return. If the retailer will not accept the product, you may return it directly to us.

If you would like to return a Florastor product for a refund, please follow the instructions below.

To process a refund request, please send:

  1. Your store receipt from an authorized retailer, clearly indicating the store where the item was purchased and circle the item and purchase price of the product being returned.
  2. The box and unused portion of the product being returned.
  3. A notecard or slip of paper with your full name, telephone number and mailing address clearly printed with a brief description of why you are returning the item for a refund.

Please note that Biocodex, the makers of Florastor, must receive these materials within 60 days of the original purchase date. If you do not have all of the information and documentation requested above, we will not be able to provide a refund. Refunds are only for the value of the product. Shipping expenses and taxes will not be reimbursed. We recommend shipping via certified mail, UPS, or some other service that will confirm delivery of your items. Limit one refund per name, household, or address. Use of multiple addresses or P.O. boxes to obtain additional refunds is fraud and may result in prosecution. Multiple submissions will not be acknowledged or returned. Please allow 6-8 weeks for your return to be processed. For the status of your refund, please call customer service at (877) 356-7787 or email [email protected]. All the information you give us will be kept private and will not be sold to any other company.

We hope you were satisfied, however, if you would like to return your purchase, you may do so for a refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

Return Requirements

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of delivery date. Products must be returned in new and unused condition, in original packaging, with all original labels attached. 

Return Process

Please contact our customer care team to ensure we service your return in the most appropriate manner.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We advise that you use a trackable method such as USPS, UPS, FedEx and to access and provide the shipment tracking once available.

Used/Opened product cannot be returned.

Defective/Damaged Product

If a received item is defective or damaged, please contact us directly to arrange a refund or replacement: Please note, images may be required for all claims of defect and damage.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, we will process your refund. Please allow seven (7) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear to the original form of payment, depending on your financial institution. You will be notified once the refund has been initiated.

Cancellations

Cancellation requests may be submitted during normal Monday-Friday business hours 8am-4pm CST, however, we cannot guarantee order cancellation.

Once orders are received into our shipping department, orders can ship immediately upon receipt therefore making the opportunity to cancel the order on our end very unlikely. In this case, a return authorization will be needed.*

*In cases where we can process a return to sender, we can provide such service for a 30% restocking fee, taken from your total refund.

Address Changes

Shipping addresses require confirmation at checkout this is to help reduce address related issues. If an address change is needed, please contact us immediately, there is a small window of opportunity for the change to be done prior to order reaching the shipping process. If order has already been shipped, your order may be eligible for an address change. If this change is possible, this will be a one-time courtesy service. Please note, all returns are subject to a restocking fee if items are returned used/opened, returned due to a bad address, or refusal.
